I would like to create a simple form that a customer could make several choices and see the total price.
Question 1. A dropdown list of sizes of a product available. (10x10 = $100.00) (20x20 = $200.00) (25x30 = $230.00)
Question 2. Optional Paint Color (Red + $2.00) (Blue + $1.00) (White + $0.00)
Question 3. Optional Clear Coat (yes) or (no) if yes add $5.00
Total ________ = (Selection 1 + 2 + 3)
Submit button would forward the selections and the total price to an entered email address?
Can someone please help me set something like this up? or does someone have something close to this?
