SING-UP... UPGRADED TO THE 15GB PLAN WITHTIN 30M TO USE MOBILE SYNC, THE ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN UPGRADED

It's been 6 hours since upgraded, and I have recieve not 1 reply from any of the questions to customer service, and I have send 3 tickets already...

No problem to charge, no problem to send me spam to sing-up in the meeting services ( which I have no interest what so ever ) but to REPLY TO THE QUESTIONS AND NEEDS I HAVE.... NONE....

I HOPE THERE MUST BE SOME MPORTANT REASON FOR THIS TO BE HAPPENING, BECAUSE IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU DO BUSSINESS, I AM OUT!
