Hi all, i have gone through the process of adding a contributor but that is far as any online help shows.  When the contributor gets the email, they click on the link, enter their email address and it says their account does not exist.  What are they meant to do to access?  I cannot seem to find any support regarding this step of the process!  Thanks.
