skype option not working

Hi

I have purchased the 10 user version of zoho meeting and thought I could use skype with it

But when I login, the skype checkbox is not enabled on the create a meeting page

Please help as this is virtually useless to me without skype as we are in australia and audio conferencing is too expensive
