Slight change to the HTML website inquiry form

Slight change to the HTML website inquiry form

I am trying to get the website inquiry form on my website but the color of the text is white on white background when I paste the code. I can see the boxes but can't see the headings unless I highlight them. How can I fix this? I maintain my own website but I do not know how to alter HTML text.
