Hi, in my company we need to send bulk SMS but we have some questions that are a bit confusing to answer with all the information.

To send SMS in USA we need to register a 10DLC according to the documentation but it's not clear at all if this is a one time cost or a monthly cost and if it's monthly what is the approximate cost?

We have a lot of questions about long code credits. These long code credits are for many 10LDC that we wanted?

Can we send many campaigns through the same 10DLC or do we need one 10DLC for each campaign we want to send?
