SMTP blocked: How to unblock SMTP Mail Outgoing blocked due to security reasons.
Waiting four days now! Just wondering how else to get a response from Zoho Support to get outgoing mail unblocked. So far, no precise info on what the concern is; nor what to do to get it unblocked.
The referral to Zoho's Mail Usage Policy is next to useless, so general with no specifics. Following its suggestions (e.g. changing password) has not lead to anything further. Just much wasted time.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Jack.
