SMTP Configuration Issues with smtppro.zoho.com: Authentication Failures and Connection Closures Despite Correct Credentials

I am the email administrator of studyx.ai. In the SMTP Server Settings on chargebee.com, I have configured the SMTP server address as smtppro.zoho.com and the SSL port as 465. While attempting to set up different email accounts with their respective passwords, I encountered three scenarios:
- Successful setup;
- Connection closed/reset by your SMTP server smtppro.zoho.com;
- Authentication Failure. Please check your SMTP credentials.
I am confident that all the passwords I attempted are correct, as they all allow normal login at https://accounts.zoho.com/signin.
May I ask what is causing this issue and how should I go about resolving it?
