Social media marketing has become the go-to strategy for most businesses who are trying to boost awareness of their product/service, create a brand image in the minds of their audience, increase website traffic and engagement, and generate leads. You can add columns that you want to constantly monitor, and the notifications will keep getting updated. You can click Add to CRM next to any profile's notification that you want to add to your CRM, and the information will automatically be synced.


  • Messages tab: You can also hover over any message to add the information as a lead or contact to CRM.
     


  • Automated leads capture: Imagine that you recently posted about arranging regular food delivery for your customers who'd like to order food from the comfort of their homes/workplaces.
