Social Tab Improvements and Issues

Social tab could have been a great addition to Zoho CRM, but its lacking basic features:
- When Adding a Lead it only gives the option to add the Last Name... BUT there is no option to add a First Name or Salutation.
- This option IS available when adding a Contact though, as well as adding Account Name. So why remove it from Leads?
- It populates the Source Field automatically to the last field... but it does not show this option while adding th Lead/Contact. it simply chooses it for you, so NOW we have to edit that field directly from the Contact page.
- We should be able to configure everysingle Field that we want to show up on adding Lead/Contact in Social Tab, instead we only get what YOU believe we need.
- Facebook has the "Saved replies" option for Personal Messages, we actually use it alot on our business page... it would be so awsome if you could somehow integrate that as well... currently we have to go back and forth to choose the replies, or simply we reply from within facebook instead.
- When browsing the Lead/Client page there are many many many times when the Social Interaction section keeps "loading" but it never does.
- The same goes for the Social Tab itself, New messages/comments simply wont update for days and the only way to get the updated Feed is to delete the facebook connection and add it again...thats annoying specially for users who are not very tech savvy.
Anyway I really hope that you consider these BASIC improvements. because right now is not really user friendly and it takes several more steps to add basic info.
