Some users have invalid CRM and creator licenses
Yesterday, an employee of our company who licensed Zoho ONE informed us that the Zoho CRM and creator licenses were suddenly invalidated.
In response to this notification, when I checked the application assigned to the target employee account from my administrator Zoho One administrator panel, CRM and creator were invalid.
CRM could be activated, but creator cannot be activated with the message "An error has occurred."
Please tell me the reason why the above phenomenon occurs and how to activate the creator of the target employee license.
