SPF notification not removing nor SPF showing as configured
Hi Support,
I've updated the SPF record as a TXT record type for a client who owns spriked.com and conducted a check on mxtoolbox.com and it shows as updated and valid but not in the case in the spriked.com Zohomail account where the notification shows as SPF not configured and the Control Panel>Domains> SPF shows as a triangle with an exclamation mark within it, which means it hasn't been configured.
I've configured countless SPF records for Zohomail and have never had an issue like this.
Please look into immediately as it is urgent!
P.S Refer to Attachment on mxtoolbox.com showing SPF is configured.
