SPF record & validation in iPage

Hi
I've attempted to update my SPF record but get a 'unable to get TXT record' message.
I am unclear whether I need to just have a "spf1 include:zoho.eu ~all" or if I need to include an "ip4: etc" in as I previously had multiple entries in my iPage domain.

Please advise ...
