SPF verification Failed

Please response, I am getting this error for my domain www.drealit.com. I already post a question but not getting answer by anyone.
We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 minutes for the changes to propagate and try again.
Due to this I already lost so many mails. Please help me.
