I have a contact me page on my wordpress hosted website. Everything was working fine until about a month ago. Zoho mail said the SPF and DKIM were not setup correctly. Took 3 hours to get everything squared away. Worked for a day. Now I am getting more SPF errors. Have a .TXT with v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all
These are my errors.
- TXT record for SPF has not propagated
Usually, the TXT records for SPF take more time to propagate and get reflected in your DNS. Therefore, you might have to wait for approximately 30-40 minutes, after you have added the TXT record for SPF configuration and try again. You can also verify if the TXT records have propagated in this link.
- Multiple TXT records for SPF found
You cannot configure multiple txt records for SPF. Please check and delete the unwanted txt records added for SPF in your DNS manager or you can combine the records without deleting any record.
Learn more - Name Server is different from Registrar
In some cases, you might have hosted your DNS with a different provider other than your registrar. In such cases, updating the DNS records in the wrong place can cause the verification failure. Check and update the TXT records for SPF in the correct DNS manager of your domain.
I have emailed support, and I have got zero responses. Wondering if it would be better to switch my businesses to another email client. Zoho has been good, but I am loosing business with these emails not coming through.
