SQL plug-in for reporting
The custom reporting facility seems to be quite basic. I've tried to write a couple of reports which I thought were fairly simple and can't get them to work as there is no facility to use a look-up using list / multilist field in both sides of a clause.
Example: List field in Potentials listing the opportunity type. Multilist field in Accounts listing all investment interests which a company is interested in. Create a report where Accounts | investment interests contains Potentials | opportunity type and returns a grouped list of all Potentials containing a sub-list of Accounts matching the criteria.
If anyone has an idea of how this can be done using the existing custom reports please let me know.
If it can't be done then something like a SQL plug-in would be great for allowing total customisation of reports
