Storage Limit Alert Notification for Zoho Assist
Dear Zoho Assist Team,
We would like to request a new feature that provides automated alerts when our recording storage is nearing its limit.
Current Limitation
Currently, Zoho Assist only displays a notification within the console when storage is approaching its limit. However, this is not always sufficient, as admins may not regularly check the console and could miss this important update.
Feature Request
Please add an email alert (or other notification methods like Zoho Cliq or SMS) to inform Zoho Assist admins when storage usage is approaching its limit. Ideally, the alert should:
- Be sent automatically to designated admin(s) when usage reaches a predefined threshold (e.g., 80% full).
- Include details on current storage usage and available options to manage or expand storage.
- Allow customizable thresholds
so businesses can define when they want to receive alerts. - Please send such an alert only to preselected admins and not to all of them.

- Prevents sudden disruptions – Ensures admins can take proactive action before reaching storage capacity.
- Improves workflow efficiency – Eliminates the need to manually monitor storage usage from the console.
