Subscription warning makes no sense -- no response from support so far...

I have a warning message on my Mail that reads:

"Your Zoho Mail Subscription has expired and your account will be suspended on Nov 23, 2024. Renew immediately to continue services."

I can see the invoice was paid on Nov 23rd and I'm confused as to why I see this message and what the actual status of my account is. So far no response from Zoho support (I raised 2 tickets).

When I try to 'Renew' my account there is no option to do so (indicating that there is nothing to renew?)

I'm confused, any Zoho support people can help?
