So we install products and we want to offer a service contract for the customers yearly service calls to be billed monthly.

So ideally at some point we want to email them a quote for their needs. WE will choice it our end based on the equipment. It would then be great if they can then put all their details in plus payment via gocardless. 

At the moment as i work through I am lost trying to find a way of sending an estimate/quote?
