Hi Zoho Desk Team,
I have a question regarding the super admin of the account, say for example I used the super admin and created workflows with custom functions with it.
And suddenly the company decided to demote the super admin to a light agent, and we changed the primary contact.
Will this affect the workflows I created? Like it wont work anymore since the account I used is now a light agent and not the super admin.
