Support inefficiency

We have been asking for support for a minor adjustment for 12 days now and we haven't got a single viable resolution from support team despite there are 19 emails going between our HR team and various support emails from Zoho. 
1. they do not understand the requirement, just send a text book reply. if it is in the knowledge base, we would have done it. 
2. they keep juggling between teams, first the contact person, second team, third team and again the contact person, but no one is providing a solution than will contact you earliest.
3. no one is willing to come on a call to discuss or train the HR team on what needs to be done. 
and worst, no escalation email to be found for people or recruit modules.
