Sync not updating opportunity stage

Sync not updating opportunity stage

I'm syncing opportunities data from Zoho Analytics and making mailing segments based on certain criteria.

I made a segment which has criteria that the opportunity stage is 'Renewal, Qualified, Quote Sent, Closed Lost'
specifically not 'Closed Won', however we sent an email to someone who is in 'Closed Won' because his stage wasn't updated on Zoho Campaigns but was on Zoho Analytics..
He was last updated on Analytics on Jan 24, it is now Mar 2 and he wasn't updated when the email was sent today despite the sync being retrieved everyday at 9am.

I'd like to know why this has happened, does a sync not update the mapped fields? I've attached a word document that might help.
