Hello All...

From what I can tell when you use the mac plugin to sync items (and config the plugin's settings) these actions are only valid and then only sync the outlook >   'my computer' folder ??

This is a shame and I have to say makes the plugin a little pointless (other than the posting emails into the CRM feature) as outlook is a 'server client' and the main benefit to business users is to sync with an exchange server so exchange folder items are sync's across multiple devices.  

Therefore this plugin should either sync to the exchange servers folders or sync with the local clients 'exchange folders'. In my case the 'my computer' folders are empty as I am sure is the case for most business users. 

Why not expand this plugin so exchange server details can be entered so it is in effect also a server client and can then manage the sync's with the server folders directly and not be restricted to the local 'my computer' folder items?

I'm a bit disappointed that I can't get my local 'exchange folder' items from my outlook sync'd with CRM?

Maybe I'm missing something??
