Syncing w/ Outlook 2013 Via Plugin
We are currently testing out zoho and my question is whether or not emails sent and received through outlook will automatically be pushed to Zoho and attached to a contact, or does this only happen with a manual sync? I noticed if I schedule on my outlook calendar it immediately shows up in Zoho, but the same cannot be said for emails Any thoughts?
