I would like to know if there is any way of filtering on a tab level (rather than view level)

I have 23 tabs each for a separate country. Under each tab I have a set of views with data from my forms. There are 10 views in total (eg. General Country Information, Key Economic Information, Key Demographic Information etc.). 

I might change things on one of the views (to exclude or include certain fields). When I do that I would like this to apply to all my tabs at once - so that I don't have to delete and duplicate the new view settings for each tab.

A way of doing this would be if I could apply a filter on a tab level. In that case I could actually just use the same views throughout, but by setting 'Germany' as the country on a tab level, only Key Economic Information and Demographic Information from Germany would be listed under my views. 

Alternatively it would be great if I could duplicate a whole tab at a time. Does anyone know if that is possible (or can think of another solution)?
