task suggestion

I mainly use zoho for the task and calendar applications. Raja is probably tired of me emailing him, but the zoho team has done a great job of fixing all of the bugs I've encountered over the last 6 months.

One suggestion: when adding a new task, it would be easier to assign and categorize it right away rather than having to add it first. This creates an unnecessary step. If one could do this in the boxes (that are currently grayed out) it would save time.
