Hi, my secondary user can not access the creator database I have created.

When it attempts to log in to the creator site and select the application the messages says

you have logged in as vicandreuben@gmail.com. You are not allowed to access this application. But I have selected them in the user settings to be able to use it.

When the user attempts to use the apps through Zoho CRM, which is how they will be using it when it is live, they can view the forms I have linked to, they can see the test records that I have created but they get a permission denied user error when they attempt to add records. In CRM module level permissions none of the creator forms are available for viewing, edit etc

I have shared the project Workflow app with the user vicandreuben@gmail.com

I am on the Creator standard plan and in the users and permissions it says that I can't use profiles without upgrading to enterprise.

But if users can't even use the app until you have upgraded to enterprise then the first two tiers are completely irrelevant - and are actually bait and hook advertising tactics.

What is wrong? I can't complete this job until the end users can sign in and use the app - its a total deal breaker please fix this
