Text in Tickets

It would be really cool if there were a built in way for customers to be able to text in their tickets like they do email tickets where desk could automatically assign the ticket to the right account and contact based on the number that was used to send in the ticket.  Most of the customers we use desk to provide support for are restaurant managers. Going to the office to make a phone call or send an email isn't always ideal.  But sending in a text would be doable.
