Thank you and Question

First of all thank you for this service. I successfully used this to train to teachers on how to input their grades and they were all in two campuses 45 miles apart.

I actually had two questions:

A. Does my resolution affect what they see. I have a 22 in monitor @ 1680 x 1050. I had two teachers that said that saw only half of my screen and the third teacher actually had a 22 and said she did not have any probs.

B. How long is the BETA lasting We could sure use a free version at the public school system, even if it had to be stripped down a bit. I am thinking of something similar to logmein.com where they have the free version with several but reduced options.

Again, thank you for this amazing product giving us other alternatives instead of going for other too complicated and overpriced products.
