The account is not active.
I am currently using 2 email accounts with zoho. One of those accounts has been apparently blocked or deactivated... Every time I try to login I get the message "The account is not active". It's quite embarrassing since I use this account to communicate with some of my clients.
I am writing this using the login data corresponding to the second account which is still active. The zoho support team has been informed this afternoon.
I remain attentive to your comments.
