The Lets Encrypt SSL is not installing or the Install Button is unresponsive

We are facing a severe problem. We had a site up and running for a long time. Suddenly we see the SSL got uninstalled automatically. Now we are trying to install Let's Encrypt SSL, but the SSL is not responding even after clicking the SSL install button. Previously, the SSL would install in the next 2hour or 2days later. But this time, the SSL is not installed, and the button is not working.
