The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho.

I have spent about 6 hours trying to access my wordpress emails via Zoho, but keep receving the same message.

I have followed the guides on Zoho and on Wordpress but am now at a loss.

Can anyone help please
