Hello Everyone,
Until now, CRM for Everyone has been available in early access mode exclusively for users who opted to try the new version. We are now transitioning to a phased release, starting with the basic edition. We are thrilled to announce that CRM for Everyone is now being rolled out to all Standard Edition users. Featuring powerful capabilities and an enhanced user experience, this update is set to revolutionize how you manage and collaborate within your CRM.
What does CRM for Everyone offer
- New User Interface: Experience the all new user-friendly interface that helps you keep a more organized and productive work environment. Take a look at Zoho CRM's NextGen UI.
- Teamspaces: Foster better collaboration with dedicated spaces for teams to share resources, updates, and progress. Explore Teamspaces.
- Team Modules: Organize your business processes more efficiently by creating and managing Team modules dedicated to specific teams. Add users whose responsibilities only lie within your team modules but need limited capabilities and data access in org modules with a Team User License.
- Chart View: Create visual representations of your records directly from CRM modules and gain better understanding of your processes with chart views.
- Interactions Tab: Keep track of your customer’s journey in your account with the Interactions Tab, providing a comprehensive view of their interactions across multiple channels from the moment they entered your CRM.
Why switch to the new UI?
Zoho CRM’s new UI is designed to enhance user experience and improve productivity, making it easier to manage customer relationships, collaborate across teams, and gain actionable insights. With a modernized layout and intuitive navigation, the new features we've introduced aligns with the ever-evolving user needs and sets the stage for streamlined business operations.

- Phase 1: Standard Edition Users: CRM for Everyone will first be made available to admins of the Standard Edition. This gives you exclusive access to explore the enhanced features, work on the new version, and familiarize yourself with the updated interface.
- Access for other profile users : Standard edition Admins can decide when to grant access to users with other profiles. You may choose to give them access immediately or at a later date.
Please note: All users will be automatically switched to the new version within one month of enablement. - Switching Back to Old UI: You can switch back to the old UI anytime if needed. Navigate to the user profile icon at the bottom and click Switch back to old UI above your profile icon.
What's Next
Step 1 : A banner will now be available at the top of the screen for all Standard edition Admins. You can simply click Access Now to switch to the new UI and access CRM for Everyone.
Step 2 : Go through the onboarding tour to learn what you can do in this new version.
Step 3 : You can choose to extend this access to other users in your organization immediately or at a later time. Once extended, all users in the organization will see a banner at the top of their screens, from which they can access the new UI by clicking "Access Now."
