I'm looking for a way to get my clients whom I have remote support installed on to gain access to their own computers while we are all working from home. At present they have their computers and I can access them but they can't from home. I am looking to have a way to enable this. Adding them as a technician within our subscriptions would be far too costly of a solution and we wouldn't want to grant them that amount of access anyway.
