I am trying to create a organization but when I try to add the business domain name (centre2explore.com) I get error.

* This domain is already associated with this account "*****28".

I created that account before but never received the code and when I try to login with that phone number I keep getting

error:  Please enter valid email / mobile

Please advice how to proceed.
