I have created a Zoho business account for my website. I have verified the domain successfully and getting a page for adding the first user account. That's when I get "This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact  support-as@zohocorp.com for further details". This error occurs when adding a user in both control panel and zoho mail 

Further when I try adding my personal gmail to the recovery email option, I get "this email has been marked as spam".

Is it possible to change the number that is being used to log in to the administrator account
