Ticket notification to an external email

Hi,

I've been looking for a way to send an email to an external email address on ticket creation, but i can't find it. I wonder if it is possible. In notifications templates I can't use an email out of the department emails. And there is no other way to generate or forward an email out of the notifications, there is?
