Ticket retrieval is being disrupted from time to time

Hi, we are experiencing this problem for the second time since 4. of March. Our IT admin did change a setting on our Exchange server and fixed this issue the last time. The strange thing about this issue is that I'm still receiving the missing tickets into 2 different mailboxes on my Outlook client. I belong to 2 different user groups on Exchange which enables me to get a copy of every ticket being received through our helpdesk and after-sales department email addresses. When we first had this problem I was able to see those missing tickets in those inboxes (but not on Desk).

This fact also makes me think that maybe there is an additional issue on Zoho's side. Could you please guide us about this problem?
