Time spent column missing from report columns
If I create a global report from the all departments view and I add time entry to related modules I am able to add the time spent column to the report.
If I create a report with a specific department selected then when I add the related modules I do not have the time spent under TimeEntry. Instead I have only these options under TimeEntry:
Additional Cost
Agent Cost Per Hour
Billing Type
Create By
Created Time
Executed Time
Modified By
Modified Time
Ticket Charge Type
Time Entry Age
Time Entry Description
Time EntryAgent
Total Cost
How can I add time spent per ticket or time entry to my report?
