Hello Zoho,

Since the beginning of our Zoho Desk usage you have the same standard notification template that we receive if we FOLLOW any topic on this forum. The sames template is used for our own client portals.

I was always usable but a bit weird, I think.

On my mobile phone is puts all the text information (the only important information).

Please see the screenshot of the comparison of the full area and the area you use.

I suggest you update the template to make it more native.

Why don't you just use simple plain text? - it works well.
