I have been asking questions on this forum and calling tech support to get my questions answered and cannot.   There is a question I asked 9 mos. ago that remains unanswered and calls to the tech support only go to an answereing machine and my messages seem to go into a black hole.    How can I get my questions answered.   If I could rip out and replace the stuff we have on Zoho by tomorrow I'd do it.    Not a happy camper here!!!   This is frustrating when no one answers your questions or the phones to try to get help!!!!!!!!
