Trannsferring an Account + all its content to zoho.eu

Is it possible or does a tool exist to transfer an account from zoho.com to zoho.eu?

If that is not possible: i it possible to copy all content over from docs.zoho to an eu based acount, then delete the US-based one, then create a new eu-baesd one base on an original email-account and then fill that one?
