Zoho has thrown a warning " The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho." for the past hour. This is strange - because I sent the TTL of the new records to 300, and DNS propagation tools like mxtoolbox.com confirm that the new MX records are visible now all over the world.

Why does Zoho not recognize them, when everyone else in the world can see them?

Went through the same process last week for another site I helped set up, and everything worked in less than 10 minutes then.

Zoho also does not recognize the TXT records I submitted to get SPF and DKIM working - but I assume that's essentially the same problem, Zoho not being able to see the current DNS.

Any advice what to do, besides sit and wait and hope the problem resolves itself in a few more hours? Client may be losing emails as we speak.
