Trying to partition data from Zoho Desk into Analytics when a Contact is associated with multiple accounts
I have an interesting use case wherein a contact is associated with multiple accounts in Desk. I created Desk tickets for each account associated with that contact. I then went to Zoho Analytics to look at dashboards. I added an account filter but all of the Desk data is being grouped under the primary account associated with the contact. Is there any way to make the charts obey the filter for account in this scenario?
