I have two forms.
1.
"Staple Goods Project Purchase 5"
2.
"SG5 Registration Form"
In my "Staple Goods Project Purchase 5" form, I added a "City, State" lookup field which is attached to the respective contact e-mail address entererd in my "SG5 Registration Form". I want the "coordinator contact" field in the
"Staple Goods Project Purchase 5" form
to populate the respective e-mail address
so the form can be submitted to that particular person's email in the notifications settings.
How can I achieve this?
