Am I able to do this but via the control panel so I do not have to log into each users email?

1. Login to Zoho Mail
2. Go to Settings ​
3. Navigate to Mail Accounts >> SMTP
4. Uncheck the 'Save Sent Mail Copy' to not save the emails sent using the smtp.zoho.eu configuration in the Sent folder.
