Twilio Calls Failing and Zoho support is pathetic

I have registered a support request but as with anything slightly complicated I am getting a terrible response - " we have passed this to technical".  That was 48 hours ago - nothing back.  I find Zoho support on anything slightly problematic ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.  For example, the number of people who have asked about the 100 record update limitation to be told "that''s just how it is" but don't worry we will let you know when that changes is incredible.  It goes back years and nothing has happened.

So, my problem. Certain Twilio users of mine are finding, no matter where they logon that when they click to call the dial window doesn't appear.  This renders the system unusable and my agents can't work.  Zoho's response has been shockingly poor.  The only thing technical support has asked is "does it come up on unbound" - I don't know, we don't use inbound and anyway, I suspect a fob-off.  No-one has asked me to run  http://clientsupport.twilio.com/ to find out about compatibility etc.  No-one is in comms with my about doing a back end trace.

It is a stony silence from the people who take my money every week.  Zoho, you are an absolute disgrace - I am looking at my options which is difficult because we use your system but I will make a noise about this and warn people when I can.
