Please comment below if you use Twilio with CRM, it would be much appreciated.
We just started migrating over to Zoho, and often when calls come in, the call popup shows but there is no "Answer" button. Does anyone else experience this problem? Not being able to answer phone calls is....a big problem, to say the least. We want to try and figure out if this is a common bug, and known to Zoho or not. Thanks
