Twilio SMS help

Hi,

I have set up and configured Twilio SMS through the Twilio extension, Inbound and outbound sms function is working but inbound sms receives two of the same message is there a config problem here?

Also is there a way we can get desktop notification or something for inbound sms? I clicked the notification box in Setup > Channel > Salesignal but I can't see any notification when an SMS is received.
