Two way data sharing: Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator

Hi there - me again! I wondered if anyone knows if Lead module data can be pulled from Zoho CRM by a Zoho Creator form so that the user does not have to re-enter field data already in the CRM Lead module? The Zoho Creator would enter a  unique case reference to call up the data for that record. They would then add new data via the Creator firm to update the CRM Lead and trigger workflow. 

If any of that make sense, it would great to hear from someone!
